An exclusive afternoon with Amarti's Nonna and the Zia’s, along with our two Italian Chef's!

For the first and ONLY time, we’re opening the doors to something incredibly personal! This is a once off, never to be repeated experience at Amarti!

This is not just a cooking class, it’s an invitation into our family.

Born in San Marco in Lamis, Puglia, our very own Nonna and Zia’s are sharing our family recipes, traditions and techniques they grew up with. The kind of cooking that was never written in a cookbook, but learnt standing beside mothers, aunties and grandmothers in the family kitchen.

And for only ever one very special afternoon, they’re going to teach you!

With only a small number of places available, this will be an intimate, completely hands-on experience where you’ll roll up your sleeves, gather around the table, laugh and learn to cook like an Italian Nonna.

Make fresh pasta by hand.
Learn traditional pizza making.
Discover the art of making a soft cheese.
Cook authentic Pugliano recipes passed through generations.

Expect flour covered hands, plenty of stories, lots of laughter and perhaps a little friendly Italian disagreement over exactly how something should be done!!!

This isn’t about standing back and watching a demonstration, you’ll be making it alongside the 4 sisters and the Italian Chef's!

And when the cooking is finished, the experience doesn’t necessarily have to end.

Guests will have the exclusive option to stay and join our family for dinner. To end the evening we will be sitting around the table together, sharing beautiful food, conversation and the warmth of Italian family hospitality.

Saturday 5th September | 3:30pm
Tickets from $300 per person

Tickets are strictly limited.

This experience has deliberately been kept small so every guest can personally cook alongside Nonna & the Zia’s.

Once the places are gone, they’re gone!

Authentic recipes. Family traditions.
Made with love. Shared with you.
