Emily Nock live in The Wedge Lounge Bar

Emily is a 17-year-old singer-songwriter and guitarist from Stratford. She has been performing since the age of 12, starting with a few busking sessions before moving on to open mics and small gigs.

Now an accomplished artist in the Gippsland music scene, Emily performs at festivals, venues, private and corporate functions, while still recognising her roots by occasionally busking and performing at open mics. Described as delivering soulful performances across genres, Emily is known for creating a genuine connection through both music and lyrics.

A graduate of the Country Music Association of Australia 2025 Junior Academy, Emily is applying her newly acquired knowledge to hone her craft and further develop the depth of her songwriting.

Emily has performed at the Tamworth Country Music Festival each year since 2023, busking, competing in the Golden Gigs Junior Talent Contest, as well as appearing at pre-booked gigs and stage performances. She has also recently been recognised as one of the 10 Gippsland Musicians You Should Get To Know, among the likes of Harry Hookey, Misty Harlow, Mike Elrington and more.

Emily’s favourite genres are country and folk, but her sets also feature modern pop and a few classics along the way.
