Sale Powder Magazine Opening

The Sale Powder Magazine was restored after many years as a residence, numerous artefacts were collected, including clay pipe fragments and some very small change. These are now on display, so come for a visit and learn about how black powder was managed back in the 1860s.

The Sale Museums team have worked tirelessly to ensure that this historically significant monument stands strong as a point in our township's history.

Entry to Magazine is via Gold Coin Donation.
