SPARKLE Gippsland - a one day Retreat

✨ SPARKLE ✨ ... is a one-day wellbeing experience designed just for women — a beautiful pause from the busy, a space to reconnect, recharge, and rediscover your inner glow.

With a carefully curated day of holistic healing, pilates, meditation, and an inspiring Q&A panel, Sparkle invites you to explore what wellbeing feels like for you. Whether you're curious, cautious, or fully committed to self-care, this is your day to try, taste, and tune in — no pressure, just presence.

A space to: ✨ connect with your own body & mind ✨ connect with other women, exchange and learn from each other ✨ connect with health facilitator’s > build trust to find your way and/or person to help navigate this new journey of healing There is a full day schedule of session for you to participate, with the option of skipping the one’s you are not ready yet for. There is a 'Connect Corner', a space to relax - think bean bags, beach chairs, yoga mats, slow music, food & beverages, connecting with others.

There is our 'Healing Hub' - where more health facilitators offer you to ‘taste’ their offerings in mini sessions (i.e. reiki, reflexology, tarot card reading, hypnosis, and and and...at additional costs) And there is space to be quiet, to relax whilst listening to the birds and wind in the trees, time to journal, or meditate on your own or simply rest.
