The Heyfield Adventure Hub is excited to be taking part in this year's Gippy Girls Can campaign this September. In partnership with Forest Therapy Practitioner Sue Stranger from Renew & Nourish, the Heyfield Community Resource Centre and the Heyfield Wetlands Information Centre, we're inviting women to join us for Wellness at the Wetlands: Forest Bathing Walk. Slow down, breathe deeply and immerse yourself in the calming presence and rhythm of nature. Through guided mindful presence practices, you'll be gently invited to awaken your senses, unwind from the busyness of everyday life and deepen your connection with the natural world as it reveals its beauty and wisdom. No experience is needed. Simply bring your curiosity, an open heart and comfortable walking shoes. This welcoming event has been created for local women to enjoy gentle physical exercise while connecting with others in one of Heyfield's most beautiful natural spaces. Following the walk, participants are invited to stay and enjoy a relaxed morning tea together. Children are also welcome to attend, making it a wonderful opportunity to experience a nature walk as a family.
