Boisdale Consolidated School

At Boisdale Consolidated School (BCS) every student is important. We support every child to feel happy, safe, connected and successful. We support students to develop the school values of respect, resilience and teamwork. We do this by creating a connected community through providing a range of educational activities, including sport, excursions and a fantastic kitchen/garden program.

Literacy and numeracy are essential skills and BCS staff are dedicated to ensuring that all students’ learning needs are met. We aim to inspire students to be engaged learners, to grow their curiosity through the provision of authentic learning experiences.

Social and emotional learning are priorities that are delivered through the 4R’s initiative – Resilience, Respect, Rights and Responsibilities and the SWPBS framework (School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support). These are explicitly taught in the classroom and reinforced in all other areas of the school.
