Tarra River Rest Area - Free or Low Cost Camp

Though a smaller site, the Tarra River Rest Area just outside of Yarram is a perfect spot to pull up and enjoy a night beside the Tarra River. Facilities are limited, with only picnic tables available, campers should be fully self contained - as the Tarra River Rest Area has no toilet or water facilities.

The Rest Area is pet friendly, but advise that dogs should be kept on leash.

Please note: Not all parks or campgrounds allow campfires. Make sure you check the park signs in the campground before you light a campfire.
