The Summer Set is Back! Our seasonal pop up wine bar on the South Terrace Deck. Enjoy drinks and live music each Friday night leading up to Christmas.

ON THE GRAZE | This year we are beyond thrilled to be partnering with On The Graze who will have their grazing cart onsite each night. The girls will have available their 'Signature Charcuterie Menu' to enjoy. The menu showcases some of Gippsland’s finest produce- including products from Prom Country Cheese, Tarago Olives, The Nicho Farm and Benbullen Speckle Park Meats.
Our charcuterie boards are perfect to share with others or enjoy yourself with a wine or cocktail.
In the event of wet weather we will be in The Ballroom! Where you can experience our stunning new venue space for the night. Book a table or just swing by!
