Al's Kitchen is a family owned business based in the Gippsland Region of Victoria. We create the finest jams and condiments using only fresh local ingredients. If the produce isn't grown in our very own orchard, it is sourced from local vendors in the Gippsland area.
Since we first started operating in 2007, we’ve seen a great deal of change in the local food scene and we’re proud to be playing our part in helping to alter tastes and perceptions about what food should be. That's why all of our products are made by Al himself using only the finest and in season ingredients, additive and preservative free.
