Wellington Shire Council's Aqua Energy Complex in Sale features a range of pools and spacious gym facilities. Operated by Wellington Shire Council, the Aqua Energy Leisure Centre in Sale, Victoria offers a variety of dynamic fitness options and leisure facilities for users of all ages and abilities.
FITNESS
CLASSES: Choose from over 20 classes covering Group Fitness, Aquatic, Mind and Body and Specialty categories.
GYM: No matter what your fitness requirements are, we have the equipment and expertise to help you reach your goals.
PERSONAL TRAINING: Our trainers will help you achieve your goals by keeping you motivated, improving your technical skills, making sure every workout counts, introducing new ways of training, and teaching you new exercises.
POOLS
Aqua Energy operates three heated indoor pools which are open all year round, and also two outdoor pools which are open during the warmer months.
CAFE
Overlooking the picturesque Lake Guthridge, our café is the perfect spot to grab a snack, drink or coffee after your exercise.
