In 1976, Wayne and Ann Ferguson initially formed W.K & M.A Ferguson Pty Ltd to complete fire prevention works with Vic Roads and garden maintenance and fire prevention works with ExxonMobil Australia.

Since 1976 the Ferguson family have diversified and offer a variety of construction services. This enables our companies to encompass many facets of facilities maintenance, civil and concrete construction, demolition, and environmental rehabilitation and EPA waste capabilities. Our longevity has enabled us to develop in many supporting areas, to diversify and to retain a highly trained and skilled work force.

In all assignments and management tasks WK & MA Ferguson Pty Ltd take a holistic approach to achieve the desired outcomes, incorporating a selection of the most appropriate expertise for the tasks at hand, development of an appropriate strategy, establishing working relationships with key personnel.
