Wurruk Community House serves as a welcoming, inclusive hub for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Functioning as a meeting point, drop-in centre, and learning space, it offers local residents a supportive environment to share knowledge, gain confidence, and get involved in the local area.
Visitors are invited to drop in informally for a chat and a hot drink, or participate in a diverse array of offerings, including the Wurruk Food Pantry, community garden, youth and children’s programs, art classes, djembe drumming workshops, and various support programs. The Wurruk Food Pantry is available Tuesdays by appointment only.
