Inglis Medical Centre has established care coordination approach in primary health and mental health care. We have a full time care coordinator, who coordinates care for chronic disease management and geriatrics. Her role also includes coordination between primary health and acute services as well as tertiary care centres.
Our experienced mental health clinicians provide high quality care for mental health issues as well as collaboration between psychiatrists, psychologists, primary mental health services and other agencies involved in the care of people suffering from mental health issues.
